FutureSafe spends 3–4 hours in onboarding. WeLaunch handles everything else — building, training, running, and reporting.
Discovery & OnboardingCombat Room sessions (Days 1–15): ICP definition, keyword library, messaging tone, brand voice, exclusion rules, and lead generation strategy (target verticals, MSP/MSSP segments, signal sources). AI agent trained on FutureSafe product, market, and persona. Outreach infrastructure (LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Instantly account + domains) purchased by FutureSafe and handed off to WeLaunch — WeLaunch handles all setup from that point. Formal sign-off at Day 15 before any outreach begins.
LinkedIn AutomationSales Navigator setup. Account firewall + shadow-ban protection. AI outreach agent deployed on up to 2 executive accounts (David / Jason). 14-day approval phase then autonomous mode. 50 targeted MSP/MSSP connections per day per account.
Reddit & Social ListeningSignal agents deployed in r/msp, r/sysadmin, and Twitter/X MSP communities. Intent triggers: AI ticketing, MSSP compliance, cloud management, helpdesk automation. Community threading for authority-building. Warm prospects handed off to outreach queue same day.
Email & OutreachClient purchases Instantly.ai account, 5 sending domains, and Zoho Mail account with 10 email addresses (2 per domain) — then hands all access to WeLaunch. WeLaunch creates email addresses in Zoho Mail, configures SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and runs domain warmup inside Instantly from Day 1. Three sequences written and approved: cold MSP/MSSP, warm referral, post-demo nurture. Signal-triggered sequences for Reddit/LinkedIn leads. Full outbound live Day 30.
Voice Agent & ContentCustom FutureSafe-branded voice agent built (WeLaunch IP, no extra charge). LinkedIn content calendar for 2 executive profiles. Social posts published using client-provided photos + WeLaunch copy. Website migration to WeLaunch template (no charge, ~Day 45, design team availability permitting).
Pipeline & ReportingShared Slack workspace. UTM parameters on all calendar links. Weekly Friday report: leads, messages, demos booked, source attribution. Pre-call brief for every booked demo. Weekly Zoho-compatible Excel export. Zoho API integration scoped and built if engagement proceeds (no charge).
What FutureSafe Does Not Need to Do
FutureSafe does not write outreach copy, manage LinkedIn manually, post content, run reports, or build any technical infrastructure. The only recurring obligations are: (1) LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription (~$169/mo), (2) Instantly.ai subscription, (3) Zoho Mail subscription for 10 email addresses (2 per domain), (4) 5 sending domain renewals via Instantly, (5) providing photos for social content, and (6) showing up to booked demos prepared with the pre-call brief WeLaunch delivers.
All other work is done-for-you by WeLaunch

ROI Measurement Methodology
Every demo booked carries a UTM source tag and a pre-call prospect brief identifying the channel that generated the lead (LinkedIn, Reddit, email, Twitter, website reverse-IP). Pipeline value is reported in the weekly Slack update and the weekly Zoho export. At Day 90, the full attribution report is presented before any renewal conversation begins. If the numbers support growth, a larger engagement is proposed. If they do not, the engagement concludes — all IP, sequences, and account history remain with FutureSafe.
04Commercial Terms — Pricing, Renewal & Performance
90-Day Pilot · Performance-Based Renewal · No Forced Uplift
Post-90-day pricing tied to net-new revenue — not a flat jump to $10K/month.
David's concern is shared and understood: moving to $10K/month is only appropriate if the results support it. The renewal structure below is designed around that principle.
90-Day Pilot Fee$12,000 USD total. $4,000 invoiced at the start of Month 1, Month 2, and Month 3. Payment due within 7 days of invoice.
Post-90-Day Option A
Performance RetainerIf cumulative pipeline attributable to WeLaunch exceeds $60,000 in 90 days: retainer steps up to $6,000/month. If pipeline exceeds $100,000: retainer steps up to $8,000/month. No jump to $10K/month without demonstrated results at that level.
Post-90-Day Option B
Revenue ShareAlternative to a flat retainer: WeLaunch takes a 7–10% commission on net-new revenue directly attributable to WeLaunch-sourced leads, in lieu of a monthly retainer. Commission calculated monthly on closed/won deals. Preferred by Aviral as a skin-in-the-game model.
Post-90-Day Option C
Hybrid ModelReduced base retainer ($3,000–$4,000/month) plus 5% revenue share on WeLaunch-attributed closed revenue. Balances FutureSafe's cost predictability with WeLaunch's upside alignment.
Exit ClauseEither party may elect not to renew at Day 90 with no penalties. FutureSafe retains all IP produced: outreach sequences, brand voice guide, LinkedIn content, voice agent configuration, Zoho data, and all built assets. No lock-in.
Renewal Decision DateDay 85: 90-day performance report delivered. Day 90: Review call with David, Jason, and Aviral. Renewal option selected or engagement concludes. No automatic rollover.
On Post-Pilot Pricing
"The intention is long-term partnership. I do not want to force a pricing step-up that your numbers do not support. If we make you 5x in 90 days, I'll come back with more fuel and we negotiate from a position of proven results. If we don't, the engagement ends clean."

FutureSafe operates on Zoho One. WeLaunch operates on HubSpot. The integration plan below ensures no lead is lost and no demo goes unattributed.
Slack WorkspaceShared Slack workspace created at kickoff. WeLaunch notifies FutureSafe of every booked demo in real-time: prospect name, company, channel source, and pre-call brief link. Accessible to David, Jason, Celine, and any designated team members.
UTM AttributionUTM parameters installed on FutureSafe's calendar booking link from Day 3. Every demo booked carries a source tag. Source data included in every Slack notification and weekly report.
Reverse-IP TrackingTracking proxy integrated on FutureSafe website. Website visitors arriving from WeLaunch campaigns are identified, flagged, and added to the outreach queue. Journey visible in weekly report.
Weekly Zoho Export
(Days 15–60)Every Friday: structured Excel file in Zoho-compatible import format. Fields: First Name, Last Name, Company, Email, Phone, Lead Source, Channel, Campaign, Date Booked, Status, Notes. Celine or WeLaunch team imports. Takes under 5 minutes.
Zoho API Integration
(Days 55–78, if proceeding)If Month 2 performance is strong and renewal is likely, WeLaunch engineer scopes and builds a direct API: WeLaunch HubSpot → Zoho One CRM. Leads, source, channel, campaign, and status flow automatically. No manual import. No charge.
Preparation Required

The current FutureSafe website is not SEO-optimised and is not set up to convert the traffic WeLaunch will be driving to it. WeLaunch will rebuild it on its own high-performing template at no additional cost as part of this engagement.

The Problem
The current FutureSafe website is not SEO-optimised, not tracking visitors, and not set up to convert the inbound traffic WeLaunch's outreach will generate. Every dollar spent on outreach is partially wasted if the website can't close the loop.
The Approach
WeLaunch's design team takes FutureSafe's existing content, migrates and rewrites it onto the WeLaunch high-converting template, embeds SEO metadata, installs UTM tracking on every CTA, and integrates demo booking directly into the page flow. FutureSafe approves before go-live.
The Result
A website that works as part of the outreach engine — not separately from it. Every visitor tracked, every click attributed, every demo booking captured in Zoho. WeLaunch's template has been used to launch multiple client sites with measurable conversion improvements.
Content MigrationAll existing FutureSafe website copy, service descriptions, and brand assets reviewed and migrated onto the WeLaunch template. Content rewritten where needed to speak to MSP/MSSP buyer language and reflect the positioning developed in Combat Room onboarding.
SEO OptimisationTarget keyword research for MSSP/MSP managed services space. Title tags, meta descriptions, H-tag hierarchy, schema markup, and canonical URLs implemented throughout. Site structured to rank for FutureSafe's primary service terms from day of launch.
UTM Tracking on All CTAsEvery button, form, and CTA on the site tagged with UTM parameters. Source, medium, campaign, and content tracked. No lead or demo booking enters Zoho without full attribution. Reverse-IP proxy also installed to identify anonymous visitors.
Demo Booking FlowCalendar booking integration embedded on homepage, services pages, and footer. ICP qualifier questions asked before booking confirmed. All bookings attributed to WeLaunch campaign source and fed directly into Zoho pipeline.
FutureSafe ApprovalWeLaunch presents the redesigned site to David and Jason for approval before go-live. Any copy, layout, or structural changes requested are made in this review round. FutureSafe retains full ownership of the domain and all site assets.
TimelineDesign team begins work approximately Day 5, subject to availability. Target go-live: Day 30. Outreach continues on current website until new site is live — no gap in pipeline activity. Switch is seamless.

09Agreement & Signatures
By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, commercial terms, and obligations set out in this Scope of Work. This document constitutes the binding agreement for the 90-day pilot engagement between WeLaunch and FutureSafe Inc.
Payment Terms$4,000 invoiced at the start of each month. Payment due within 7 days of invoice. First invoice issued upon signed SOW receipt.
ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to keep all engagement details, pricing, strategy, and client information strictly confidential. This includes WeLaunch's methodology, tooling, and outreach infrastructure.
IP OwnershipAll materials produced for FutureSafe — sequences, brand voice, content, voice agent configuration, and reporting templates — are owned by FutureSafe upon full payment. WeLaunch retains rights to its underlying platform and methodology.
Governing LawThis agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes to be resolved by mutual negotiation before any formal proceedings.
